Mangalista Ravioli

For a super-quick Monday dinner, we made Mangalista Pork Ravioli and Pomodoro Sauce from La Pasta, topped with Black Truffle Valentina cheese from Estrella Family Creamery, and a chiffonade of basil from our kitchen garden.
