We headed down to Kent tonight to celebrate Father's Day with Dan's side of the family tonight.
We had a deliciously moist pork loin, plus a whole bunch of sides - including seafood casserole, a cheesy potato dish, green beans, pickles & tomatoes, bread, and a fruit salad that Dan & I put together with mango, pineapple, kiwi and a light dressing of passionfruit juice and honey.
Then for dessert, Carolyn served an angel food cake topped with an amazing cooked frosting and bright, sweet strawberries slightly macerated with a little sugar.
