Salmon, Spinach, Potatoes & Yams



Tonight we made some salmon, pan seared with the skin on with a little fresh grated ginger, lemon juice, and fish sauce. I tore up the salmon skin and mixed it with steamed spinach, and served it all with some roasted red potatoes and yams, seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little curry powder (a tip from my aunt Ellen).
