
Although I seem to have failed to take photos, Wild Game Night 2007 was another great potluck filled with surprising foods.
I made a 'Barnyard Roulade' - layers of beef, goat, pork, chicken, turkey, rabbit, and duck rolled together and braised for several hours - and an Uni (sea urchin) & Goat Cheese Profiterole.
Other delights included octopus balls and llama.
