Field Roast, Mashed Potatoes & Spinach

As I've mentioned before, mashed pototaoes, green veggie, and a protein is a staple of our diet. Tonight we went fully vegetarian with some great field roast (which you just slice up and steam in 5 minutes), spinach (a quick warm up in a skillet), and instant mashed potatoes topped in vegetarian brown gravy.

What type of gravy is it? Brown Gravy!
