Dan hit Uwajimaya and picked up some sashimi grade taco (octopus), salmon, and ahi tuna - along with nori, avocado, and cucumber.
We whipped up some sushi rice, and made three rolls - spicy tuna (ahi with a mayo/Sriracha sauce), tuna & cucumber, and salmon and avocado.
I also sliced up some of the taco and pressed it into rice, but I still don't have the skills for that type of sushi. So I sliced up a few more pieces and omitted the rice.
It all turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself, and even Caesar got to enjoy some sashimi (he hates cooked fish, but loves sashimi grade tuna).
