Today's the 4th of July, and in honor of our nation's independence, I'm eating bacon all day.
Okay, so I didn't really plan that, it just sorta happened. This morning, Dan came home from the store with some biscuits, so I made up some poached eggs and bacon to top them for breakfast.
Then for dinner, we knew we wanted to grill (it being the 4th of July and all), so we made some burgers (pork for Dan, veggie for me) with guacamole, Swiss cheese, and bacon.
We also made up some yam fries (resulting in a couple fry daddy boil overs), which I topped with a little Sriracha aioli.
