Tuna Melts



For tonight's quick dinner, I made up some tuna melts with bread, jalapenos and cheese from the farmers market, and tuna from the grocery store. It's been fun as we've been able to plan meals around what's in season, we've almost eliminated our grocery store purchases completely, making a couple pouches of tuna some of the only things Dan bought there this week.

And we paired the sandwiches with some leftover pickle flavored potato chips (found after the boating after party at our place).
