Shrimp Salad



One of our grocery store purchases this week were some shrimp, which I tossed in a salad of greens from Alm Hill Gardens - including nasturtium flowers!

To that I added some cucumber, tomato, and our favorites: sunflower seeds and bacon-bits. I also made up some salad dressing using creme fraiche from SeaBreeze Farm.
