- 2 small shallots ($0.95) from Rock Island Red Pipitone Farms
- 2 lbs of Smoked Keta Salmon ($25.40) from Loki Fish Co.
- Valentina Cheese ($11.50) from Estrella Family Creamery
- Raw Medium Cheddar ($5.08) from Golden Glen Creamery
- Ricotta Cheese ($4) from River Valley Ranch
- A basket of oyster mushrooms ($5) from Cascadia Mushrooms
For a total of $64.93, including the $1 for parking
