
We haven't had burgers in awhile, so they made it on the meal plan this week. And since we didn't realize the salmon dish we planned for tonight requires 2+ hours of marinading, it got bumped up to tonight's dinner.
We mixed the ground pork with a variety of seasonings, throwing in some fennel seed on a whim, and were really happy with that choice. The burgers were topped with some grilled red onion, and a little gruyere/white cheddar mixture, and we had them with a salad with poppyseed dressing. Dan whipped up some lemonade to go with it.
