Fettuccine Alfredo-ish



After a day at home, working in the yard and starting to get the garden pulled together, Dan, Caesar & I enjoyed a sunny afternoon in the back yard, sitting in the sun sipping Mai Tais. It was a great way to kick off a weekend with no plans.

And for dinner, we threw together a fettuccine alfredo type pasta dish, with noodles, chicken sausage, and a sauce made from a 2 Tbspn butter/2 Tbspn flour roux, to which I added a pint of half & half, and about a 1/2 cup of mixed cheeses, including gruyere, white cheddar, Valentina, and parmesan.
