Taco Night!
Using some great ground beef from Skagit River Ranch, we put together our very own taco bar tonight - complete with shredded spinach, cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes & onion, black beans, rice, and the best innovation to taco shells ever: flat bottomed hard shells that stand up on their own!
I seasoned the beef with fresh garlic, onion, and shallots, as well as a mix of paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper. And that's Taco Time hot sauce in our 'taco bar'. We grabbed a couple extra the other day when we stopped in for lunch after shopping at Lowe's, because there's just something about their hot sauce that I love.
