Duck Confit Nachos & Chicken Taquitos



Tonight, Dan ran to the store and picked up some taquitos for us to enjoy as an easy dinner. We've got a fair bit of cooking planned the rest of the weekend, so for our 'open' night tonight, something quick and simple sounded perfect.

To go with the taquitos, we had some tortilla chips, guacamole, bean dip (beans, cheese, and salsa), and duck confit I made about a month ago and just hadn't found the right meal to enjoy it with.
