Steak, Fries, and Salad



For Sunday dinner, we grilled up a couple steaks from Skagit River Ranch, baked some sweet potato fries, and had it all with a salad of mixed greens from Alm Hill Gardens, topped with Annie's Naturals Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigarette.

Hey Dan - I'm surprise you haven't started a buyer's club for Skagit River Ranch. Any interest? I checked the website and there currently aren't any in Seattle.

Sounds like a good topic for discussion when we meet up in July for our as-yet-undecided themed dinner club. Do you know what the benefits are to buying through a buyers club, vs. just buying from them at the Farmers Market?
