Tonight was our first official day of house-hunting with our awesome real estate agent. After checking out five houses from Mt. Baker to Upper Rainier Beach, Dan & I hit the Columbia City Ale House for a late dinner. Over Dan's tuna melt and my ahi tuna sandwich, we discussed the places we'd seen and agreed we really liked two, one in particular. We'll probably check out some more places around town this weekend, but may end up coming back to one house that just seemed perfect for us - with everything on both our must-have list and our wish list.
