Kalua Pig Day 2 - Nachos

For dinner tonight, I made up some nachos with the kalua pig, as well as some great chive cheese from Samish Bay Creamery, olives, purple cabbage, and pickled jalapenos.

I served it alongside a ramekin filled with refried beans, melted cheese, and guacamole, for dipping.
