Even though I know I'm gonna be put to shame Saturday when we have tacos over at FP & JJ's place, tonight we threw together some tacos for dinner. I used ground pork, which I seasoned with my usual spice blend, plus some chicken broth and lime juice to make it extra moist. We put some shredded lettuce, guacamole, a little pepper jack, and a finely chopped mixture of red onion, garlic, pickled jalapeno, mixed with lime juice and red clay alaea salt, for a different type of condiment.
