
The last time we made this dish, which we found in Best of the Best of Hawaii, Dan wrote 'Ono!' in the margin - which means delicious in Hawaiian.
Tonight, something went terribly wrong. We're not sure if we got the wrong type of orange, or I did something wrong when prepping it or cooking it, but it tasted like rind - despite my painstaking efforts to cut off all the rind. I surely read something wrong, or missed a step, because it was awfully bitter and almost inedible.
