We hit Safeway down in Rainier Beach today, and picked up a variety of quick & easy eats to sustain us until Amazon Fresh is delivering again (and we're feeling more like really cooking again). Not the most glamorous first dinner of the year, but let's consider it setting expectations low... or maybe underpromising and overdelivering?
