My First Croquembouche



This was my first attempt at a croquembouche: essentially a cream puff tower with spun sugar. The puffs were filled with chocolate peanut butter, and it sits atop a fondant covered chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. It was a gift for our friend Tricia's birthday - and she loves the combination of chocolate & peanut butter.
