TGRWT #21 - Sage & Roasted Peanuts

It's been a long time since there's been a TGRWT (They Go Really Well Together), and even longer since I've participated, but earlier this month a new round was announced over at humbling attempts at creativity that challenges food bloggers and food enthusiasts to create a dish pairing two seemingly disparate ingredients that share a volatile compound. This time, the pairing is Sage and Roasted Peanuts - perhaps not as disparate as previous combinations like Cauliflower and Cocoa, but definitely inspiring.
