Allergen Free Chocolate Tart

Tonight we headed over to my folks place in Clearview for Christmas Eve dinner and to exchange gifts. Since they're currently remodeling their kitchen, we decided pizza and beer would be perfect. But despite the conditions in the kitchen, my Mom baked a homemade chocolate tart, using a recipe from a cookbook I got her for her birthday: Allergen-Free Baker's Handbook. It's full of tasty looking treats made with no dairy, soy, gluten, egg, etc. The crust utilized Xanthan Gum (another of my birthday gifts for her, given it's not easy to find), and turned out great.
