Hilo and I went for a walk today and I started noticing these signs around town. I'm so grateful that Seattle has adapted to begin supporting small businesses in the form of food trucks. The variety of food options in the South Lake Union area (where Hilo and I work M-F) has boomed, in part thanks to the couple dozen food trucks that set up shop around the neighborhood each week.
