I needed a little snack today, and took advantage of leftover hot dog buns to make a sandwich I learned about in college: Peanut Buter and Pickles. I've seen different opinions, but I use chunky peanut butter and dill pickles. That's it. Nothing fancy, just some salty/sweet/sticky peanut butter with some sour/crisp dill pickles. People usually think it sound gross, but my future brother-in-law and nephew gave it a try a couple week's back, and liked it too.
