P.F. Chain

We were out shopping for upcoming birthday's today, and decided to grab lunch at P.F. Chang's. Neither of us had been before, but our shared love of chain restaurants meant it was on our list of places to try out.

The space was suprisingly large, and the decor was quite nice, with good lighting. My fiance noted it reminded him of the restaurants in Las Vegas, which tend to have those same qualities.

And lunch was good. I had a small glass of plum wine with Salt & Pepper Prawns and he had a beer with his Spicy Chicken. We both liked our entrees. Mine were large prawns with a light breading, salt, pepper, black beans, and chilis.

His was lightly breaded white chicken meat in a spicy sauce that he likened to a less heavy version of General Tsao's Chicken.
