Taco Casserole

I was stuck at home all day (except for a trip to the doctor) with a nasty headache, so tonight's dinner plans were perfect. Taco Casserole is one of the easiest to prepare dishes around. I just warmed up the 'Smart Ground' fake meat, and added some taco seasoning, then layered it in a dish with crushed chips, sour cream, salsa, and cheese before baking it. After it was done baking, we tossed some olives, green onions, lettuce and tomato on top and enjoyed.
