The no cooking streak came to an end (or at least a hiatus) tonight, as I threw together some mac and cheese for dinner. We hadn't really planned it, but we had everything we needed around, so I whipped up mac & cheese with some bacon bits and veggie chicken. I used panko breadcrumbs again, cuz I really like the texture it gives to the dish.
