It's been awhile since I've organized a Guerrilla Masquerade Party, but a friend of mine just moved, and was telling me about this great bar near her house. She loves to dress up in costumes, and has been to several GMPs in the past, so I asked if she'd like a little housewarming party at her new local pub.
I also consulted with my friend Suz Fabulous, who's a GMP regular and throws her own amazing parties on the Eastside called PartyPaloozaNW. She figured out that July 19th would be a perfect date - avoiding conflicts with other events... but also falling on the same weekend as the Bite of Seattle. So with the date selected, the location picked (though not yet revealed) and a big food event the same weekend, I couldn't resist picking a Food theme for the party.
So if you're looking for something fun and different to do on the night of July 19th, you could come out to Guerrilla Masquerade Party's 'BITE ME!' event.
