Grilled Cheese & Local Cider

After noshing on tuna puffs and smoked salmon and wedding cake and such at the reception, Dan & I hit the Eastlake Bar & Grill with a few friends, then headed home. We sipped some champagne and opened the multitude of gifts from our far too generous family and friends.

We ended up staying up a bit later than usual, and I made up some grilled cheese sandwiches (with bread leftover from the reception, and a mix of various cheeses in the fridge) for both of us.

I also finished off a bottle of Rockridge Orchards Skipping Stone Berry Cider that we picked up at the Farmers Market Saturday. Super refreshing, with a little bit of spiciness, and just perfect for these hot Summer nights.

I'm excited to try the bottle of Spiced Blackberry Wine we bought, soon.
