Shrimp Curry with Mac Nuts



Tonight we whipped up some white rice and Shrimp Curry. It's a recipe we've both enjoyed making several times, and are always suprised by how quickly it comes together. For some reason I still can't wrap my head around the fact that it's quick and easy to make this dish.

Since Dan's developed a Macadamia Nut addiction, we crushed some and sprinkled them on top, per the 'optional garnishes' listed in the cookbook.
