Seafood Salad



Another leftover from the party was a pack and a half of fake crab. So we used half of it with a store-bought Caesar salad pack for dinner tonight. I also made up some mayo using a couple eggs and some nut oils, and spread a little bit of that and some butter on a demi baguette Dan bought - then warmed it in the oven to go with the salad.

The other half of the leftover crab I mixed with a couple hard-boiled eggs, mustard, horseradish, and lots of homemade mayo to make a crab/egg salad, which I packed up in containers with lettuce leaves for Dan & I to take for lunch tomorrow.
