Spicy Seared Ahi, Mashed Potatoes, and Zucchini



I picked up a big chunk of sashimi grade tuna at Uwajimaya on the way home, which I rolled in a mix of cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper, then seared quickly and sliced. We paired it with some roasted zucchini and mashed potatoes.
