Drowning Rama



I tried to make some 'Swimming Rama Tofu' tonight, without using a recipe. I used a Thai cookbook as a reference for the peanut sauce, but basically only took from it that I should use red curry paste and fish sauce.

The end result was okay, though the sauce was too thick, and the tofu and spinach didn't have enough flavor. I could also add more pepper, to make it a little spicier for our tastes.
