Using a fiesta cheese fondue recipe from my Sandra Lee Cookbook, some chips, guacamole, ground beef from Skagit River Ranch, some tomatoes, and a little green onion, we threw together some tasty nachos for dinner. The cheese sauce reminded me of the pump stuff from 7-11, that I have soft spot for.
