Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts

Tonight's dinner was a meatloaf of leftover ground turkey & beef from the freezer using a recipe I've made before, with the normal 3/4 cup of ketchup swapped out for equal parts mustard, ketchup and Sriracha.

I also boiled up the Viking purple potatoes from Olsen Farms (which have the most unique skin texture and coloration I've seen in a potato) and made mashed potatoes, and steamed some Brussels sprouts from Stoney Plains Farm, then tossed them in a pan with some butter & lemon juice.
