Ginger Chicken



Another quick and simple recipe, this time for Ginger Chicken, from Quick & Easy Thai Cuisine.

Ginger Chicken
2 Tbspn oil
1 lb boneless chicken breast, sliced
2 cloves garlic
2 Tbspn fish sauce
1 Tbspn oyster sauce
1 Tbspn sugar
Pinch white pepper
1/8 cup slivered ginger root
1/2 a green pepper, julienned
1/2 a red pepper, julienned
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 white onion, sliced

Heat pan. Add oil, chicken, and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir fry for 3 minutes more. Serve over jasmine rice.
