Asparagus Pancetta Ravioli



We got started on a more hearty dinner tonight, but discovered we were both still pretty full after our lunch at Aloha Plates - so we did a little rearranging of the week's meals so we could have a light, late dinner of pasta.

We picked up some asparagus pancetta ravioli and pomodoro sauce from La Pasta while at the market yesterday, which made for a perfect little dinner to keep us from waking up hungry in the middle of the night (or STARVING in the morning). I topped the cooked pasta with some parmesan we had in the fridge (yes, the dried powder kind) and a little chiffonade of fresh basil from our garden.
