Ginger Peach Muffins



We returned to our tried and true breakfast muffins this week, using frozen peaches from Remlinger Farms in Carnation, WA. To spice them up, I added a teaspoon each of nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger to the flour mixture. I also cut each peach slice in half, and stuffed the two halves into the center of a muffin - giving each spicy ginger muffin a solid peach center.
