Chicken Bacon Guacamole Burgers



Tonight I made us some grilled chicken breasts with melted truffle Valentina cheese, bacon (from Skagit River Ranch), and guacamole, and Dan whipped up a salad with spring greens from Alm Hill and a sliced cucumber.
