Dan had some wonton soup, while I enjoyed broccoli cheese, and we both had grilled cheese sandwiches made using leftover hamburger buns. I flipped the buns so that the top and bottom were the inside, giving me flat surfaces on the outside to grill. We used more of the delicious truffle Valentina cheese, as well as a mix of jack & white cheddar we had on hand.
