Chicken Picatta



Dan made us Chicken Picatta tonight over fettuccine, with me doing some prep work for him and running back and forth to the computer to reference the recipe.




It turned out great - despite a little mistake I made not noticing the part where you turn the heat down after bringing the sauce to a boil - so the sauce got a little burned and we had to brighten it back up with some more capers and lemon juice.
