Cleaning out the Freezer - Gardenburgers & Hum Bao



We've got a housewarming coming up, and I'm panicking a bit about space in our freezer. After a couple years of being diligent about not wasting anything that can be frozen and reheated/used later, I've got a very full freezer.

To remedy that, I made a list of all the things in the freezer, and we used it as the starting point of this week's meal planning. Tonight, we used leftover garden burgers and buns from the freezer, topped with a little Swiss cheese and bacon made by our friend Gerald. We paired it with a hum bao each - and I topped my burger with some pineapple we had left from brunch the other day.
