Kalua Pig Burritos



We're still working through a big hunk of Kalua Pig in the freezer, so tonight we whipped up some simple burritos with some of the pork, some leftover greens, plus a little Chipotle Cheddar cheese from the Samish Bay Cheese, some guacamole, and some chopped onions cooked down with some cumin and chili powder. And of course topped with Sriracha.
