Dan was home sick from work today, but since I had to go to work, he was on his own to figure out lunch. Fortunately, by lunchtime, he was feeling well enough to experiment a bit in the kitchen and whip up some fried rice, which looks like it was delicious. He took pictures for me, so I could share.
