I hear they don't call them Philly Cheesesteaks in Philadephia, so I'll just stick to cheesesteak. Of course, ours didn't have any steak in them either, but just plain 'cheese' doesn't really do them justice.

Dinner tonight was a new one for us, but something I'm sure we'll do again. We cooked up some onions and green peppers, along with some thin slices of field roast, then put it in a hoagie-type roll, topped it with pepper jack and cheddar, and broiled it a few minutes.

Paired with some potato chips and a margarita, it was a perfect, easy dinner.
