Leftover El Sombrero



Although not quite as beautifully presented as when they were on the plates at El Sombrero, we were able to get some photos of our leftovers, which we ate today.





The waitress gave us a tip on reheating quesadillas, and we took her advice. She said to never put them in the microwave, as they'll just get soggy. So instead we put them on a baking sheet and reheated them in the oven at 350 - and they turned out nice and crispy.
