Roasted Chicken, Stuffing, and Green Beans



For Sunday dinner, we decided to go all out and roast a whole chicken, stuffed with a cornbread, apple, sausage stuffing, and have a side of green beans. We picked up everything we needed at the farmer's market yesterday, and I just winged it on the recipes - but everything turned out great. To help keep the chicken moist, I put chunks of butter under the skin, and roasted it in a shallow roasting pan of carrots and vegetable broth.
