I got a night off tonight, as Dan took to the stove and made up one of his specialties: Chicken Piccata.
I did some souz chefing for him, but otherwise it was all him. The sauce turned out delicious, and the chicken was perfect, all served over a bed of whole wheat angelhair pasta.
