Roasted Spot Prawns, Couscous, and Cucumber Salad

Tonight we roasted the last of the spot prawns from the farmers market. Based on various articles online, I left the shells and roe intact and roasted them as-is at 350 degrees until they appeared cooked through.

To go with them, I made some couscous and a cucumber mint salad.
